Abstract: We focus on the relationship between technical and management innovation and seek to determine whether these two types of innovation are linked. Filling a gap in the literature, we suppose that the more a company innovates in products and processes, the more likely it will adopt management innovation. Using a sample of 3862 companies, logistic regression provides evidence of a strong positive link between product and process innovation and management innovation. Process innovations appears more linked to management innovation than product innovation.
