Abstract:  During today’s cut-throat corporate competitions and the real time presence of `Darwin’s theory - Survival of the fittest` in the global industrial scenes, the managers are strongly pushed for organizational continuous improvement initiatives. This calls for organizational chaos, since humans have the innate habit to resist the status quo.

The study provides insight over the change leader ́s selection criteria to choose the relevant from the variety of change management models for smooth organizational transformation. The study findings supported the selection of ADKAR Model as being the relevant one for the OSUVA case conditions for having focused descriptive identification of the problem areas at each process stage through barrier point identification perspective.
