Abstract: More and more companies are challenged by the DiSoLoMo-trend. Companies able to adapt will survive – the others will be challenged by digital Darwinism. The task for all companies has one name: digital transformation. These reasons for change and aspects of the required change management process are discussed here. How to organize the change process is outlined, too.
