Abstract: In general terms, this paper seeks to examine some aspects of both individual and organisational learning that took place in a company in Vietnam. As CEO, my personal concern from the very beginning when I established the company was how to manage the company and keep it going for the next one hundred years or more. Consequently, I was extremely concerned with strategic issues and sought to relate these to the development of the organisation via a commitment to organisational learning.
