Abstract: The aim of this paper is to show the relation between Industrial SMEs and innovation in Andalusia (Spain). To this end, we had used a combination of survey and database research methods. Our analysis shows the characteristics of SMEs an the way in which these Industrial SMEs that innovate in process or products achieve job generation, mainly.
