Abstract:
In this paper we discuss factors stemming from the social capital perspective that may favor knowledge sharing (i.e., trust, cultural compatibility, and frequent interactions) and knowledge safeguarding (i.e., frontal communication, alliance macro-culture and identity, and social sanctions) in the context of learning alliances.
