Abstract: This research proposal consists of four sections. First, the research background shortly introduces the theoretical framework on this study to on support for interreligious violence in Indonesia. The second section presents the central research questions of this study. The third section elaborates the theoretical frameworks that will be used in this research. This section introduces the central concepts of the study and their mutual relationships. The fourth section on the research design explains the methodological issues of this study, including the data collection procedures and the presentation of the research locations. This section also explains the demographic data of each location used in the research and the measurements that will be used or modified to answer the research questions.
