Abstract:
Recently, there is an increase in the number of Japanese people working overseas. Mental health is becoming an important issue for people working overseas. In this study, a web counseling system was established, especially to help people working overseas. However, it is not enough to understand only a part of the user’s needs. A part of the web counseling system was improved based on the results of factor analysis to investigate the needs of the system. And the study was carried out in China due to an increase in the number of Japanese living and working there. There was not enough data about the design of the computer for the web counseling. Because Japanese people are working together with Chinese people, the needs of Chinese workers are also important. Therefore, the needs of both Japanese and Chinese were compared.
