Abstract:
The purpose of this research was to study effects of Guidance Activities for Developing on Perceiving Career Self-Efficacy and Career Preparation of Undergraduates Students in Faculty of Education, Kasetsart University before and after participating in guidance activities based on a Bandura Theory. The population were 40 students, who enrolled in the Principle of Guidance Class in the first semester, 2013 at Faculty of Education, Kasetsart University. This research was a mixed-method research. The experimental group participated in the guidance activities for 12 sessions, 50 minutes per each session. The data was analyzed by using t-test and content analysis. The results stated that the posttest scores from the Perceiving Career Self-Efficacy and Career Preparation Test was higher than the pretest scores at 0.05 level of significance.
