Abstract:

A LTQ-Orbitrap MS was used to characterize the extracts of anthracite from Zhijn County at molecular-level for heteroatom-containing compounds. Most of N4O2 and N4O1 are not aromatics. Double bond equivalence (DBE) values showed that O1 class contained high content of aromatic and aliphatics, while O4 class species were aliphatics with DBE 0. N1 species with DBE between 8 and 16 were enriched in the extracts, but more saturated N4 species (DBE 0) were identified. The C8H23O5N5S1 compound in the methanol fraction has extremely high content, but not detected in CS2 fraction.
