We address the difficulties of Arabic dictionaries through the development of an interactive vocabulary acquisition environment. By navigating this environment, young learners are immersed in a world that is authentic, contextually rich, and conducive to exploration, thus expanding their learning spaces. We create these spaces by constructing game-like mini-worlds in which the player interact with didactic objects. Concepts, meanings, and vocabulary are explored and acquired through visualization and interaction.
