Abstract:

Many protocols used in wireless telemedicine networks sustain significant latency that may impair the performance of consumer health monitors. Utilizing an efficient data transmission scheme yields a reduction of the delays in wireless telemedicine networks while supporting real-time continuous health monitoring for clinical diagnosis.
