Abstract:

In this paper, we describe the ‘what and why’ of cloud computing. The core attributes of cloud and their significances for the three core audiences are also addressed. At the end of the paper, we shall discuss how the Singapore Computer Society is contributing towards the cloud arena in Singapore.
