Abstract: TWe prove certain Lp estimate of a class of parametric Marcinkiewicz integral operators M_{Ω,Φ,h}{ρ}. Our results are essential improvement and extension of some previously known results. These estimates will allow us to use an extrapolation argument to obtain some new and improved results on Marcinkiewicz integrals.
