Abstract: The purposes of this research were to study the needs of autism’s parents and teachers in order to determine the career curricular for autistic adolescences. Target group were parents of autistic adolescences and teachers in the Research and Development Center of Autistic Inclusive Education, Khon Kaen University, Thailand. Three times focus group discussion were used for studying the perspectives and needs of seven parents of seven autistic adolescences and eight teachers. Data triangulated and inductive reasoning were used to make sense of the perspectives and needs. Research found that all parents of seven autistic adolescences get suffer after their sons were clinically diagnosed as autism and strongly need career curricular for their son; seven autisms in teenager were male and have verbal communication deficit. The eight teachers strongly desire career curriculum training.
