Abstract: Aim- This pre-experimental research (One group pretest – posttest design) were conducted to; 1) compare the score of Successful Intelligence (SI); Analytical, Creative & Practical thinking ability; of nursing students before and after receiving SI instruction; 2) investigate the Nursing care Plan ability compare with the criterion and , 3) investigate satisfaction of this Instruction. The research subjects were 49 sophomore nursing students of Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Surin who enrolled in Nursing care of Persons with Health Problem I (NPHP I) subject. Four research instruments were used in this study. They were; 1) Modified Essay Questions (MEQ); 2) the evaluation record of Nursing care plan (Standardize from Praboromarajchanok institute); 3) Group process observation (α = 0.74) and, 4) Satisfactory of instruction (α = 0.82). Content validity was approved by 5 experts. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and content analysis.
The results were as follows:
1. The overall score of SI for utilized nursing process of nursing students who were receiving SI instruction higher than before teaching. (Meanpost=11.78,SD=2.5 and Meanpre=6.75,SD=2.42, respectively)
2. Percentages of Students who passed the criterion (60{6e6090cdd558c53a8bc18225ef4499fead9160abd3419ad4f137e902b483c465}) of Nursing care Plan ability was 72.5 after receiving SI instruction.
3. Mean score of satisfaction of this instruction was at good level (Mean=4.35,SD=0.46)
These findings could be assist the nursing educator to promoting thinking process for successful life and nursing care plan by using nursing process, Simultaneously.
