Abstract:
The following article will address the theoretical basis of work process-integrated learning environments, the regulative frame set by AITTS, the practical concept of FuTEx as a virtual work environment and present final research results following completion of the qualifications. An earlier publication about FuTEx in the German language is based on interim results with respect to development and research [1].
