Abstract: This preliminary paper would like to present about the problems and find the solution of gender equity in secondary Thai school. The target group is the Extended School in Nongteng Sub-district, Krasang District, under jurisdiction of the Office of Burirum Educational Service Area 2 (OBESA II). This study will be conducted in 2012 academic year. The PAR (Participatory Action Research) Design is going to implement in this study. The subjects were the stakeholders in the Extended School in Nongteng Sub-district; students, parents, teachers, principal, head villagers, and the local administrators.
