Abstract: Introduction: Due to demographic change and higher retirement age, there is an increase in the relevance of corporate health management to reduce absenteeism. In Germany there is no data about the use of digital technology in the field of corporate health management. Thus, the aim of the present study is to give an overview about the trends in usage of digital technology in corporate health management. Methods: A scientific online-survey was used to assess different people within companies in Germany in the year 2016. Results: In total, data was collected from n = 353 participants of 68 different companies. Most of the people within companies (72.0{6e6090cdd558c53a8bc18225ef4499fead9160abd3419ad4f137e902b483c465}) have no specific knowledge about digital healthcare technology. Some elements of digital health technology are increasingly utilized by some companies to keep their employees healthy. About 79.7{6e6090cdd558c53a8bc18225ef4499fead9160abd3419ad4f137e902b483c465} of the participants think that Digital Corporate Health Management (DCHM) will play a bigger role in their companies in the future. Conclusion: DCHM is in a phase of being established and will become more important in the next years with more relevant and large databases are necessary.
