Abstract: Abstract—The use of DEA (Data envelopment analysis) for the analyisis of home hospitalization comparing the effectiveness of two types of management (direct-private management versus indirect-public management) is the objective of the study. Material and methods. We studied 20 home hospitalization (HH ) 1 of them with direct management and 19 indirect by using the DEA technique with data from 2009 to 2010. Conclussion: direct management technique was which got full efficiency in the sensitivity analysis in the relations of production studied with all other management indirect HHs
