ICT-enabled Business Process Re-engineering: Taiwan v. Korea

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to investigate ICT impacts on BPR. By comparing the data in the Taiwan and Korea, it is found that ICT adoption affects BPR, and, BPR influences business performance. There are differences of ICT adoption impacts on BPR and differences of BPR influences on the profit among countries.
