Abstract: This paper views human resource management from two different perspectives; In the first one, human resources are second approach considers the workers and employees as invaluable resources whose knowledge, skills, and abilities are exhaustible and must be well preserved and respected. Thus, in the former viewpoint, materials and resources are used meticulously to provide the best environmental, social, and economic condition for the human beings. In the latter, though, the best possible environmental, social, and economic conditions are provided to take advantage from the employees’ knowledge and ability.
