Abstract:

This study is an integrated research study that encompasses all factors such as professional attraction, entrepreneurial capacity, intention, attitude, motivation and influence of graduate experience on entrepreneurship. For the study,100 students from Bangalore, Chennai and Salem have been chosen and 50 are Foreigns and 50 are Indians. Data collected through structured questionnaire and for analysis, factor analysis, ANOVA, Inter correlation matrix and Independent sample test have been applied and findings are drawn. The key findings are:

Significant differences between age of the students and all motivational factors is identified at 1{6e6090cdd558c53a8bc18225ef4499fead9160abd3419ad4f137e902b483c465} level of significance. Significant difference between Engineering and Management students (Major-demographic profile) and Self-respect and sense of achievement is found using ANOVA at 5{6e6090cdd558c53a8bc18225ef4499fead9160abd3419ad4f137e902b483c465} level of significance.
