Abstract: The 21st century has changed the way we live and transformed our way of doing business. We need to be prepared to overcome these changes like increased lifespan, rise of intelligent smart machines like robotics, massive increase in s ensor s and proc e s s ing powe r , new communication tools, new level of collective i n t e l l i g e n c e a n d i n c r e a s e d g l o b a l interconnectivity. With these changes in our life, we need to reshape our thinking and our style of doing work by developing different skill sets that are required to make us more efficient and productive. We need to become more futuristic and think ahead. Put our meaningful insights into actions by taking proactive measures. The best way to bridge this gap is by developing a Creative & Innovative mind. It is the best quality a leader can possess among all other qualities like integrity, openness, dedication, sustainability and humility. A creative and innovative mind which is nurtured since childhood will help the leader to find solutions to every problem and find a way to get things done.
