Abstract: Documents management is a method to organize current knowledge, right documents management method can not only decrease time of knowledge searching but actively recommend suitable document for user by algorithm function.
This paper will propose a documents management system to combine EPCGlobal standard architecture and intelligence matching method that get documents information immediately and intelligently, and then it starts personalization recommendation follow rules on using records or documents characteristics and the document relations regulated in TTQS (Taiwan TrainQuali System) standard so that it helps collaborative operation between organizations and can accomplishes document resources sharing. This paper describes the document management work to reach the active response and communication that it helps to consolidate the upgrade with management efficiency and explore the potential business chance.
