Abstract:
MBAs are being criticized by the practitioners in businesses and industry for their bookish approach and lacking entrepreneurial orientation. One of the most significant areas needing radical transformation is pedagogy. We have adopted a new approach called ‘Learning By Earning’ (LBE). An innovative platform: ‘Hamara Dhanda’ (Our business)based on the principle of Learning By Earning. With this, the students learn Art and Science of Business with the combination of class room teaching and live application. The paper describes this innovative pedagogy with its advantages.
