Abstract:

This is a careful and insightful case study of how firm attained balancing exploration activities and exploitation. More specifically, our research proposed whether firm could use only one method to achieve balancing exploration activities and exploitation or multiple methods at a time. Based on a case study on the Woong jin think big, we closely researched how to methods for maintaining balancing exploration activities and exploitation.
