Abstract:
In this study, ZnO nanorod was fabricated by the reflux deposition in a strong magnetic field. ZnO particles in an aqueous suspension were rotated due to their magnetic anisotropy. The temperature was remain at 95×C during the deposition. The crystalline orientation was characterized by the X-ray diffraction and the scanning electron microscope. As a result, it was confirmed that ZnO nanorods are affected by the magnetic field.
