Abstract:
There are many module types in a large scale dye-sensitized solar cell(DSC). Among them, grid-paralledl module type is widely used because of its high active area and high output power. In the grid-parallel DSC module, grid structure is needed to collect photo-generated electrons easily because it is helpful to reduce resistive loss. Various grid conditions such as morphology, pattern and type have influence on the performance of grid-paralled DSC module. Therefore, the optimization of these grid conditions is important to get the high efficient gird-parallel DSC module. In this study, grid-paralled DSC modules are fabricated with various silver grid conditions and their performances are analyzed to optimize the gird conditions. Finally, the performance of the grid-parallel DSC module with 12.cm2 of active area shows 4.59{6e6090cdd558c53a8bc18225ef4499fead9160abd3419ad4f137e902b483c465} of efficiency with optimal gird conditions.
