Abstract:

To obtain high performance dye-sensitized solar cells (DSC)s, it is essential to reduce the charge recombination. It can be retarded by forming core-shell structure. Int his study, we investigated the core-shell structure with Aluminum isopropoxide(Al2O3) over layer. In addition, we enhanced the power conversion efficiency of the DSCs by fabricating the scattering laver.
