Abstract: How the conflicting positions/arguments of each actor converge into a policymaking? From game regulations in conflicting sociopolitical contexts to media framing, media practice of ideologically different newspapers on difference between and within conservative, liberal/moderate newspapers and webzine, and what role the media plays in two differing results of regulatory bills (N=1058) are analyzed.
