Abstract: Goblin Market is a poem written by Victorian poet Christina Georgina Rossetti. The pattern of saving by the sister and the deconstruction of male images in the poem has a feminist influence on the evolvement of Disney films, especially in the aspect of narrative patterns and characters’ image-building. The paper analyzes Goblin Market’s feminist influence on the Disney film Frozen from the perspective of intertextuality, aiming to reveal the evolving value judgment that American society has for the female.
