Firm ‘culture’ and Corporate Governance in Australia: A New Paradigm?

Abstract:

This paper examines firm culture and its connections with and to the wider corporate governance debate. Despite the current popularity of the term ‘culture’, this paper argues that the enduring and established field of corporate governance principles is far more important in the medium and longer terms for firm sustainability and improvement.
