Abstract:
Sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) has gone through dramatic development in recent years, however most approaches or methods still focus on part of supply chain, either supply side or downstream logistics, thus fail to take a holistic perspective. The aim of the study is to propose a holistic approach using Hot Spot Analysis to configure more environmentally sustainable supply chains, addressing the whole product life cycle and incorporating a broader consideration of different environmental dimensions.
