Abstract:
We propose a novel pulley-type surface plasmon resonator with metallic ring to generate a nano-magnetic field. The micro-ring and InGaAs waveguide on GaAs substrate were simulated by a three-dimensional numerical modeling. The positive charge is excited on the metallic microring. The propagating surface plasmon drive the charge flow by launching an optical wave to the input waveguide.
