Selection of ChSP-4 (c1, c2) for given AQL and LQL

Abstract:

A search procedure is developed for the construction and selection of Chain Sampling Plan ChSP - 4(c1,c2 ), given p1, p2, c1, c2 for the case when α= 0.05, β= 0.10 and N=1000. Few examples are provided for the solution of parameters of Chain Sampling Plan ChSP - 4(c1,c2 ), using the search procedure and comparison is made with solutions obtained using various designing procedures. These results indicate the power of search procedure in obtaining the closest α+β desired. Sample tables are provided for selection of ChSP - 4(c1,c2), plan.
