Abstract:The flow of foreign workers from one country to another has become a global issue. The world today is awash with alien workers who legally and illegally enter the countries of destination to seek better employment opportunities. While foreign workers were welcome in order to meet the labour shortages, their continue arrival has created a number of issues and concerns.
