Abstract:
The many studies have taken place about the formation of a regional convergence and cooperation in the Middle East .However, the aim of this paper is to investigate the impact of good governance (as a relatively new term( on the creation of an economic convergence in the Middle East. According to our assumption, the weak performance of good governance indexes by the Middle East countries has led to their poor economic development and the economic convergence has not been formed as a result of it. Hence, the article intends to scrutinize the issue through theoretical and empirical evidence.
