Abstract:
This study aims to use the propensity score matching technique to evaluate the treatment, or tutoring, effect in student’s school performance model which is derived from the educational production function (EPF). The study found that students who attain tutoring has significantly different grade from those who do not. Moreover, the technique using in the study can reduce the bias estimation problem which is more suitable than non matching method.
