Abstract: Contamination of agricultural soils with Cd has become one of the most toxic and widespread en-vironmental problems. This research aimed to assess the effects of cropping pattern and different growth stage on soil chemical properties and the cadmium concentration of wheat grain was con-ducted as a split-plot in time experiment based randomized complete block design with three rep-lications At 2014-2015. Cropping pattern in two levels (wheat-rice, fallow-wheat) belonged to main factor and growth stages at three levels (Tillering, flowering, and maturity) belonged to second fac-tor. According result of analysis of variance, effect of cropping pattern on the concentration of total cadmium, absorbable cadmium, Soil Salinity, Soil acidity, Soil organic carbon, Cation exchange ca-pacity, Concentration of soil phosphorus, Lime the soil was significant at 1{6e6090cdd558c53a8bc18225ef4499fead9160abd3419ad4f137e902b483c465} probability level, but effect of growth stage and interaction effect of treatments only on soil salinity trait were differ-ent.
