Abstract: This extended abstract reports on a reflexive approach to insights afforded by a short term international study tour conducted in Singapore by two academics and 20 participating students from an Australian university. Findings show distinct growth in social courage, as well as personal, educational and professional development. Transcultural education is shown to be transformative for all involved.
