Abstract: The organizational career management has been widely used for many studies and it has been employed by organizations for employees’ career support. This research aims to develop a conceptual framework after extensive literature review on hotel career management practices of hotels. The results were combined to provide a better insight into hotel career management in the context of Thailand. The findings indicated that hotel career management affects frontline hotel employees’ retention. The important variables that has direct impact includes job satisfaction and affective organizational commitment whereas indirect impact variable affected by national culture – power distance and collectivism dimension.
