Abstract:

This research examines the relationships among TFLs/TSLs, organizational justice, trust, organizational commitment and OCBs in the context of international tourist hotels in Taiwan. The study establishes an effective and predictive pathway of TFLs/TSLs in human resource management in hospitality industry. To figure out which is better leadership style in hospitality industry of Taiwan is another purpose of this study. The findings of this study indicate that transformational leadership style is more effective than transactional leadership style. And the results could be used to improve human resources management in international tourist hotels. The contribution of the study lies in the significant suggestions that consider the differences between Chinese and western culture, so as for the said international tourist hotels practitioners to take into consideration as they adapt their leadership and improve their operations.
