Abstract: E-business is vastly in use throughout the world and the power of the latest technologies is raising the world’s economy at a tremendously high rate. With the enhancement of electronic business, various jobs can be done at just a click. However, there are some countries such as Malaysia which still lack support and guidance in enhancing their process of e-business. The virtual supply chain is one of the important processes to be analyzed. The virtual supply chain is known as a transparent performance which brings together accountability and responsibility of both customers and suppliers virtually. In Malaysia, most SME companies have problems in adopting the e-business supply chain management in full. Most of the companies are still applying electronic business with the traditional supply chain management. Our study is focused on why these SME companies are not able to adopt e-business in the Virtual Supply Chain (VSC) environment although there are alternatives for easy adoption such as collaborating with Rosettanet, a non-profit organization with a package of promotion and services to help the SME in adopting the e-business in VSC. The study leads to finding the problems related to the fields and organization. The related survey analysis from various experts has guided us to draw some suggestions and solutions for our survey paper.
