The results show that CAS can be considered as a valid and reliable tool for community assessment in Indonesia. The Cronbach Alpha value was 0.857 for test and 0.772 for retest. The test-retest reliability was confirmed by intra class correlation (r=0.37; 95{6e6090cdd558c53a8bc18225ef4499fead9160abd3419ad4f137e902b483c465} confidence interval = 0.18-0.60).
